Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no membership or subscription. You pay only for the plan you book — a day, a week or a month.
What is the booking fee?
A small Kitabi Corner fee (plus GST) is added to the library’s price. You see the full amount before you pay — nothing is hidden.
Can I choose my own seat?
Yes. Most libraries let you pick the exact seat on the seat map, just like booking a movie ticket.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Bookings are non-refundable once paid, so please check your shift and dates. If something goes wrong at the library, contact us and we will help.
